Submission of Documents: Candidates must provide the original copy of their Aadhar Card and PAN Card. Candidates must also submit the original Aadhar Card and PAN Card copies of their father. A photocopy of the front page of any bank passbook of the candidate is required.

Demat Account Opening: After opening a Demat account using the company code or link provided, all the aforementioned documents must be sent via email to help@hindustanconnect.com. In case of any name mismatch or unclear documentation, HindustanConnect reserves the right to reject the candidate. Submission of verified documents is mandatory. Failure to provide original or clear photographs of documents may lead to rejection.

Communication Skill Assessment: Upon document verification, if the company doubts the candidate's communication skills, HindustanConnect may conduct a video call for assessment. Candidates may be subjected to a basic English test during the video call. Failing to meet the required standard may result in rejection.

Dispute Resolution: In case of rejection, HindustanConnect shall not be held responsible for collecting documents. Allegations that HindustanConnect collects documents after rejection are baseless. Candidates are advised against sharing documents if they suspect such activities.

Confidentiality: HindustanConnect maintains strict confidentiality regarding candidates' personal information, including contact numbers. For any company-related issues, candidates should communicate through the designated email address: help@hindustanconnect.com.
